Processing Time:
♡ Processing time for all prearranged orders: cupcakes in a jar, sweet treat packages, and sweet treats are set at 3 – 5 business days.
♡ Processing time for custom orders: Please place your orders for a custom cake, cupcakes, cupcakes in a jar, and sweet treat packages 14 – 21 days in advance.
● Processing time varies and will be arranged/communicated after review of order form submission.
● Please note: It is never too early to place your custom order and we encourage you to do so several weeks before to guarantee availability. Additionally, we may be able to accommodate custom orders on shorter notice, as our availability may vary from week to week.
Ordering Guide for Custom Orders:
♡ All custom orders begin with our order form which we will respond to via email. (Remember to check your spam or junk folders as sometimes our emails get routed there!)
♡ If we have availability to create your order, we will put together a quote for you based on the information you provide which we will request your approval on.
♡ If you decide to order, we will send you an invoice that can be paid directly on our site.
♡ No ghosts! To get your order just right, I’ll need you to reply to my messages in a timely manner – otherwise, I may have to wing it (I’m good at wingin’ it – just ask my eyeliner!)
♡ Once you’ve paid, we receive a notification that immediately puts you on our baking schedule! Your order will be available for in-person pick up, or local delivery.

♡ Cakeish will provide professionally decorated sweet treats/custom cakes in a timely manner as specified in the invoice or contract. We appreciate your business and we are honored that you have chosen us for your special celebration. We guarantee that the flavors, size, and general design elements will be met as outlined. If you are not satisfied with our product(s) please let us know at the time you receive your order.

♡ Caring for your baked goods (cakes, cupcakes, cupcakes in a jar):
● Before serving, please let cakes, cupcakes, and/or cupcakes in a jar stand at room temperature for 30 minutes to 3 hours (time varies depending on size). If you plan to store them we recommend placing them in an airtight container and freezing for up to 6 months.
Design Variations/Artistic Disclaimer:
♡ Any custom products made by Cakeish is hand-made and a work of art. Most decorative finishes are done by hand and are subject to artistic interpretation. You may provide us with a photograph for inspiration and will make every attempt to provide an exact design or color match, but the final product may be subject to slight variations.
♡ Copycats! Copyright images (think Toy Story and Spongebob) are protected and we are limited as to what we can legally create. We can find ways to accommodate your requests, as well as comply with the law, so let’s talk!
