Refund, Returns and Shipping Policies

Refund/Return Policy

All products are custom made to order, therefore all sales are final. In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your order, due to an error from the Cakeish team please let us know as soon as possible so that we may accommodate. Please note that there will be no accommodations in cases where an item was prepared correctly but a flavor or texture did not meet a personal preference.

We are not responsible for any damage occurring to the cake or sweet treats during transport, set up, or any time thereafter. Keep in mind that cakes and our sweet treats are very fragile, and damages can happen if not handled properly – such as cracks, smudges, melted frosting, melted chocolate, etc.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of our highly customizable and freshly made products, there are no cancellations or changes once an order is submitted.

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped through USPS from Monday through Wednesday during regular business hours to guarantee freshness and ensure your products are not housed in a shipping facility over the weekend.

Shipments are only made within the lower 48 states and the District of Columbia. All shipments are delivered via USPS. Apologies to those in Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico, as shipping Cakeish products to these locations, is not available at this time.

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Shipping addresses with a PO Box will cause a delay until we can obtain a correct shipping address.

All perishable orders are shipped Monday – Tuesday to arrive within three days or Monday – Wednesday to arrive within two days. Please allow 3-5 days for order processing. Overnight shipments are available Monday – Thursday.

We cannot send out shipments on the following days: Memorial Day, Labor Day, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day as USPS is either closed or not picking up packages. Packages will not be delivered on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day.

Cakeish is not responsible for shipment issues such as:

● An incorrect shipping address was provided to Cakeish
● Delays caused during major holidays
● Weather-related delivery issues
● Packages are left at an address when someone is out-of-town. Please make sure the recipient will be home before submitting an order
● Packages that arrive late, cannot be delivered due to signature requirements
● Any shipping problems beyond our control or damage caused by a third-party delivery company
